Managing Attorney
Attorney Patrick L. Forte provides legal counsel and representation for clients in the area of bankruptcy law. He has over 33 years of experience and focuses his practice on chapter 7, chapter 13 and emergency filings.
He was admitted to the California State Bar and the Alameda County Bar associations in 1977. Attorney Forte is a member of the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum and has been a member of the National Association of Creditor Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) since 1994.
Associate Attorney
Attorney Anne Shiau graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004. She then received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and was ranked at the top 10% of her class. She is a Witkin Award recipient and was inducted into the Order of the Coif in 2010.
